Maimun Palace

Maimun Palace is one of the many tourist and cultural icons in the city of Medan. The palace is located in North Sumatra province is dominated by the color yellow. This beautiful Maimun Palace was designed by Italian architect and was built by Sultan Deli, Ma'mun Al Rashid Perkasa Alam in 1888.
Maimun Palace interio design features a unique and distinctive as it combines elements of Malay cultural heritage, in the style of Islam, Spain, India and Italy.

Maimun Palace consists of two floors, divided into three parts, the main building, the left wing and the right wing. In front of the palace complex Maimun ago Masjid Al-infallible, known as the Great Mosque of Medan.
